Is the product UL Certified?

Yes, the product has been thoroughly tested and every box comes with an authentic sticker indicating UL Certification and compliance with the regulations.

How do I use the product? 

Simply give the wall area above the oven a slight push and the vent will slide out and turn on. If you would like to turn the vent off, simply give it another push and it will turn off and slide back into the wall.

How much will the Retractable Hood cost for single purchases and for bulk purchases? 

Single purchases will be sold at MSRP of $1,700. Bulk pricing is negotiable. OEM and Licensing opportunities also available.

Is there a minimum order quantity? 

No minimum order quantity. Single orders are accepted.

How soon will the package arrive if shipped within the United States? 

The package will be sent via USPS and will take 3-6 days to arrive.

Does it need to be installed by a technician or can the customer install it themselves? 

Installation must be done by a professional.

Can a potential customer/contractor view the product in person before purchasing it? 

Not yet. We are still trying to send it to as many showrooms as we can so that potential customers and contractors could see how it works in person. However due to Covid-19 most showrooms are not hosting events so we are not able to demonstrate our product directly, only through video or video call.
